Overview

This article explains how to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues caused by setting up a Static IP address on your device.

The issue

You set up the Static IP address and your computer's connection is interrupted.

The solution

This disruption typically occurs because another device on your network—most likely your router—is using the same IP address as your roaster.

If this is the case, you will need to contact either your network administrator or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to have it changed before you can connect your roaster to Cropster.

If the issue remains unresolved, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.
When reporting the issue, please confirm that you have already contacted your network administrator or ISP and that the IP address has been updated.

If you have further questions, feedback, or concerns, please submit a support ticket directly from support.cropster.com.
