Instructions

When a problem occurs unexpectedly, we recommend clearing the Roasting Intelligence cache as an initial troubleshooting step:

  1. Navigate to the CropsterRoastingIntelligence folder > default > cache

  • Default path - Windows:
C:\Users\[username]\CropsterRoastingIntelligence\default\cache
  • Default path - macOS:
Users/[username]/CropsterRoastingIntelligence/default/cache

/home/[username]/CropsterRoastingIntelligence/default/cache
  1. Delete the file named cache.json (this is usually the only file in the folder).
  2. Restart Roasting Intelligence.
  3. Verify whether the issue has been resolved.

If the issue remains unresolved, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.
When reporting the issue, please include a note confirming that you have already tried clearing the Roasting Intelligence cache.
