This article explains how to add an espresso machine to your Cropster account via the Operations Fleet Dashboard and via the Assets overview page.

Adding a new espresso machine via the Operations Fleet Dashboard
The Operations Fleet Dashboard is visible only to users granted specific access rights.
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Cafe on the main menu bar. You will be directed to the Operations Fleet Dashboard.

Click Add a new Espresso machine.

You will be directed to the Cropster Cafe Setup page.

Adding a new espresso machine via the Assets overview page
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Cafe and select Assets.
- Add an espresso machine using the Equipment (see screenshot) or Espresso Machine Status tabs.

Click + Add equipment > Espresso machine on the Equipment tab or +Add espresso machine on the Espresso Machine Status tab.

- You will be directed to the Cropster Cafe Setup page.

How do I set up a new espresso machine that is not listed on the online platform, C-sar?
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Cafe and select Assets.
- Click + Add equipment > Espresso machine.
- Select the Location and click the Review location and continue button.
- Verify that your location details are correct and click Continue.
- Choose a connection type. Click the Continue with BrewBeacon connection option.

Choose "Create a new machine" from the dropdown, then click Review espresso machine and continue.

To configure the espresso machine, select the *Brand and *Model from the provided options.
If your specific brand or model is unavailable, select 'Other' for both fields to proceed.
