In this section, we provide essential information and key considerations to keep in mind before you begin uploading your POS Data:

To ensure accurate reading and provide you with the best insights, please structure your .csv file according to the specified format:

You don't need to delete any additional columns; however, ensure that the first four columns align precisely with those illustrated in the screenshot above:
- Date
- SKU
- Name
- Quantity
- You do not need to remove SKUs that are not related to the Cafe; our system will only process the relevant ones.
You may use a semicolon (;), comma (,), or dash (-) as separators for your data.
- The .csv file size should not exceed 3 MB.
- All files must be submitted in English.
The main steps of uploading POS Data
By following the steps below, you can easily upload your POS Data:
- Log in to the online platform C-sar.
- Navigate to Cafe on the main menu bar. You will be directed to the Operations overview page.

Scroll down to the Inventory Insights tab.

Select the POS Data tab.
- Choose the file from your device that you wish to upload by clicking on the Click to select file option.
- Click on the selected file, and it will be displayed for your review.
- Select the Upload button to complete the process.
- The uploaded file will be displayed in the POS Data overview section for your reference.
