Overview

This article shows how to associate several green lots with one single-origin profile in the online platform. The additional green lots act as backup green inventory. If you run out of the original inventory, you can select a new green lot for the profile in Roasting Intelligence (RI).

Add multiple green lots to a new single-origin profile

Follow these steps to add several green lots while you create a single-origin profile.

1. Log in to the online platform, C-sar.
2. Navigate to Roasts > Profiles. The Profiles overview page opens.
3. Click +Add profile on the top right side of the page.
4. Select Single origin.
5. Input Profile name.
6. (Optional) Input Profile group.
7. (Optional) Input External ID.
8. Select the naming structure for batches.
9. Set Reference roast.
10. Navigate to the Associated green lots section.
11. Click the dropdown menu.
12. Select the green lots that you want to associate with the profile.
13. Click the + icon to add more green lots to the profile as needed.
    
14. (Optional) Input Ideal batch size.
15. (Optional) Input Expected weight loss: If you leave this field empty, Cropster will automatically enter the average weight loss after 10 roasts.
16. (Optional) Select Restrict profile to these machines.
17. (Optional) Select Add to a project.
18. (Optional) Input Notes.
19. (Optional) Select Exclude this profile from global roasting goals.
20. Click Create profile. The profile details page opens.

Add multiple green lots to an already existing single-origin profile

Follow these steps to add green lots to a single-origin profile that already exists.

1. Log in to the online platform.
2. Navigate to Roasts > Profiles. The Profiles overview page opens.
3. Select the name of the profile that you want to add green lots to. The Profile details page opens.
4. Click the green Edit button on the top right side of the page.
   
5. Navigate to the Associated green lots section.
6. Click the + icon and add more green lots to the profile as needed.
   
7. Click Update profile. The profile details page opens.

Remove green lots from a profile

Follow these steps to remove green lots that you previously added to a profile.

1. Log in to the online platform.
2. Navigate to Roasts > Profiles. The Profiles overview page opens.
3. Select the name of the profile that you want to remove green lots from. The Profile details page opens.
4. Click the green Edit button on the top right side of the page.
5. Navigate to the Associated green lots section.
6. Click the x icon next to the green lot that you want to remove.
   
7. Click Update profile. The profile details page opens.
