Overview 

This article explains how to export and send the log files to Customer Support via email. 

Instructions

We recommend using the in-app support ticket feature to attach your log files.

In case of synchronization issues, use the manual export option to send your logs via email:

  1. Close and reopen Roasting Intelligence.
  2. Navigate to Help and select Export log files.

  3. The next dialog will prompt you to choose a location to save the ri.log.zip file; select an easily accessible location, such as your Desktop.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Submit a new support ticket or reply to an existing email thread with the log files attached.

 If you have further questions, feedback, or concerns, please submit a support ticket directly from support.cropster.com.
