If your roast machine needs to be reviewed by our Support team before connecting to Cropster, please provide the following information:

  • Your machine model (Manufacturer, Type)
  • Capacity in kg or lbs
  • Information about measurements: Which temperature probes and other measurements are installed?
  • Does the machine come with any display-supported controls?

We will contact you promptly with detailed instructions on how to connect your roast machine.
